To cancel your membership you need to provide 30 day advance written notice. Peak Fitness does not accept cancellations by e-mail. Cancellations must be faxed, mailed, or delivered by hand. If faxed or mailed please follow up with a call to Peak Fitness Membership Director -Sarah Henslee @ 746-3305  8 am - 4 pm Monday thru Friday to verify receipt of cancellation letter.
